General Terms and Conditions:

When purchasing products from our store (Deluxe Rose Co), customers must agree to the following terms and conditions:

Customers understand that the rose and flower products that are sold through the Deluxe Rose Co website and shop are natural plants that have been through a preservation process. This process allows the roses/flowers to look and feel fresh. The roses should remain beautiful and in a good state of preservation for at least a year if customers adhere to the Care Instructions and recommendations stated throughout this website. Failure to follow the care recommendations is deemed to be the customer’s responsibility and not that of Deluxe Rose Co. Deluxe Rose Co are not liable for items once they have been delivered or purchased from our store. Items that have been altered, tampered with, neglected, damaged, excessively touched or mistreated are not the responsibility of Deluxe Rose Co.

Customers are advised that as the roses are real (natural) roses and as such the appearance of the petals or rose head are not consistent. The size, shape, texture, brittleness, softness, natural imperfections, colour and smell may differ from product to product and from rose to rose. Customers must be aware that due to the lids being taken off and placed back on to the products from time to time, the petals, roses, leaves or stem may become compromised, squashed, ripped, torn, discoloured, creased, or experience other damage. This may be unavoidable and is not the liability of Deluxe Rose Co.

 

Refunds and Returns:

Customers are advised to choose your order carefully as we do not provide refunds or returns for any of our products if you have a change of mind. Please be mindful that each rose may vary slightly in size, shape, texture and appearance. Rose colours may also appear different due to lighting or the display settings of your computer or device.

Deluxe Rose Co ensures that we pack and post each order to best ensure that it arrives perfectly for our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen once they have been delivered. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at deluxeroseco@outlook.com. Please attach photos, the order number, customer's full name and a description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product and our team will be happy to assist you. If a refund is granted, then it will be issued as per the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that the damaged or faulty product will have to be returned to Deluxe Rose Co at the customer's expense.

Deluxe Rose Co does not take responsibility for any items that are damaged or diminished due to customer neglect or failure to adhere to the care and maintenance instructions. 

 

Shipping:

Deluxe Rose Co currently offer FREE standard shipping Australia wide for all of our products. We do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.

If you wish to have Express Postage (at an additional charge), then please select it at checkout and place your order by 8am for:

Metro QLD, NSW, VIC, SA - Express $25 (1-3 business days)

Metro ACT, WA, NT, TAS - Express $25 (2-4 business days)

Express Postage orders placed after 8am will be posted the following business day.

 

Items that are late due to postage are not the liability of Deluxe Rose Co. Customers are advised to seek assistance from the shipping company for explanations.
